The Ambrose IT staff can assist with issues like ensuring that your computer's fundamental components are working properly. Occasionally we are able to help with the removal of viruses and other hardware, software, or security issues on student computers.
We cannot offer any hardware support for computers still under warranty. Please contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer.
If you need immediate technical assistance for your issue, we are happy to triage the issue, but you may still need to contact the manufacturer of your equipment for repair options, or a local service center such as Memory Express, or Best Buy.
