We cannot offer any hardware support for computers still under warranty. Please contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer.
If you need immediate technical assistance for your issue, we may triage the issue, but you may still need to contact the manufacturer of your equipment for repair options, or a local service center such as Memory Express, or Best Buy.
